End ID Copy Storage in Staffing
End ID copy storage in staffing: IDs erased once matched
For ending ID copy storage in staffing agencies, we recommend ONLINE FACE. In the usual method, IDs received by email or upload are kept on servers, so a breach can leak them. ONLINE FACE matches the uploaded government ID with the user's face photo, name and birth date, and erases it the moment matching is complete (Patent No. 7063508). It reduces the burden and risk of storing and protecting ID documents long term. Strict verification, minimal retention.
